    Smorgasburg – Brooklyn’s Foodie Flea Market

    Every Saturday and Sunday through October 5,  over 100 food vendors from all over New York City and Long Island come together at Williamsburg’s East River Park (Saturdays) at Pier 5 in Brooklyn Bridge Park (a pet-friendly Sunday location), bringing along what can only be described as a plethora of diverse cuisines. Smorgasburg has everything from BBQ brisket to Jamaican coconuts.. sliced open with a machete while you wait.

    Donny Korpi is a high school math teacher in New York City born and raised in Queens New York. He is also a performing musician, currently in the New York City based heavy metal band “The Only Weapon" and a professional photographer. He is an Apple techie, avid crossfitter and an amateur paleo chef. In his spare time he loves to travel the world with his fiancé and hangout at home with his chihuahua, Pink.
