The 1st Annual Fashion, Mics & Everything Nice, made possible by
Let’s just say that – if you were too cool to be anywhere but Manhattan or the Mile this past Saturday – you missed out on one hell of a show. Don’t be too hard on yourself though; LIB’s here with your weekend recap. But, before we get into it, a HUGE thanks to the evening’s models, designers, vendors, hair and makeup artists, and event sponsors! With a special thanks to Tamar from Groove, NY
, who came in #FTW with a fabulous LED runway.

Host Bobby Alam, known as Blu of Dinner Land and Birthday Cake Music
Throughout the night, the runway boasted eleven models, six designers, and four performers, accompanied by the newest bling, fashions, and (of course) beats – made hot by DJ Splashh.
Natali Diggs heated things up during the pre-show with a sexy solo, performing a live Beyonce Instrumental for the crowd.
The young Tyren Smith stepped out to perform under the blacklight, sporting a Raging Panda Mask, to kick off the show. Raging Panda is a line that specializes in custom-designed aesthetic masks and limited apparel.
Next, R&B artist Isaiah Dunmore killed it with his rendition of Trey Songz’s “I Gotta Go,” and capped his performance off with a song featuring a special guest, hip-hop artist Life Stat.
Models sported So Suav Designs, a line of handmade, custom apparel by designer Rico Jimenez.
A model sports J’Chaux designs by Andrea Michaux.
Artist, Ria, rocked the house with an acoustic solo.
“Classy Sometimes Sassy but Always Boss.” A model sports Boss Closet by Theresa Freeman. Check out more Boss Closet fashions at www.bosscloset.com
Artist, Skinny, changed up the sounds with some reggae rasta music.
A model sports Ras Graphix, designed by Preston. According to designer, Preston, Ras Graphix is more than a line it’s a lifestyle; Ras is short for Rasta – R.ise A.bove S.tereotypes.
Model, Leanna Andreu, rocks a black and white embroidered strapless gown from Nikki’s Dresses in Huntington. For more designers and styles, check out the Boutique, located on 437 Walt Whitman Road in Huntington, NY.
A shoutout to LI Snapbacks, who set up shop, selling custom-made fitted’s to fashion show guests.
And, of course, a big thanks to the show’s beautiful models:
in addition to the show’s hair and make-up artists, who dolled up our models:
