LIB Mag is Alive After Five at Long Island’s Event of the Summer Season

Looking for something to do on a Thursday, after the work day is through?   Find out what all the buzz is about and come down to Alive After Five on Main Street in Patchogue!

With thirteen consecutive years in the running, Alive After Five has been called the Event of the Season. Presented by the Greater Patchogue Chamber of Commerce, the street fair takes place every other Thursday throughout the summer months from 5:00 – 9:30 PM.

Sample tap beers, dirty water dogs, potato knishes, and fried oreos; get your face painted and listen to the serenade of a live reggae band as the sun goes down.  Hint: Get there early to score parking, and don’t forget to bring sunscreen!

The next Alive After Five event will take place on Thursday, July 31st, and will include vendors from all throughout Long Island.

LIB Magazine had the privilege of attending Alive After Five as a vendor last Thursday, July 17th; festival attendees loved posing for photos on the magazine “red carpet,” with the lovely star of LIB TV new original content series, Dancing with Salseralina.  Check out the premiere of LIBTV’s Dancing with Salseralina here.
