    SLIDESHOW Village Cigar Headquarters Brings Montecristo Cigars to Patchogue Long Island

    Montechristo Cigar Company is a brand named after Alexandre Dumas’ novel The Count of Monte Cristo

    During the event, we sampled a Montecristo White Series as well as an H. Upmann Banker cigar.  The White Series is a top notch thing of beauty: Elegant, smooth and flavorful.  The Connecticut wrapper is mild and provides a satisfying, well-rounded smoke.  If every cigar is a mini vacation — and I believe it is — this was a first class, penthouse visit to Vegas.  The cigar series had all the elegance of a 5 star resort, with the wild-ride finish of being one of the Rat Pack members on the strip.  My review of White Series is 8.5/10.
