Remy Ma held a action packed concert at the Emporium this Saturday. Hot 97’s DJ Funk Flex was playing all Remy’s hits getting the crowd amped.
Flex is a DJ known for the energy he gives to the crowd while spinning. About 2 am Remy Ma hit the stage to a thunderous applause. Remy came out singing “Whuteva,” with the crowd singing along. Remy asked the Long Island crowd, “Who was going to SummerJam tomorrow?” A concert she was headlining later that night.
I loved how much passion Remy exudes in her performances. The whole concert she was smiling and dancing waving to the fans, generally loving the experience. All of Remy’s smash hits like “Unstoppable,” “Fresh,” “Hands Down” and more were performed.
The night ended with the song of the summer “All the Way Up”. Remy thanked the crowd and left the stage.
