Brentwood’s Got Talent Lit Up Long Island with Special Guests!

The 2nd Annual Brentwood’s Got Talent, a show featuring the best youthful talent from the Brentwood School District’s past and present roster, returned for 2015 with a remarkable evening last Saturday, March 28. This year’s show was hosted by Dylan Dillinger and featured special guest judges including ours truly, CEO of LIB Magazine Joshua Morrison along with other prominent figures from Long Island.

This year brought a lot of talent to the stage, making it hard for the judges to decide on the finalist.
Many acts put their heart out there — from singing to dancing, it was beautiful to see all ages showing off their talent. After all, Long Island is known for having great talent residing in our own backyard.

This year’s grand prize of $1,000 went to Herencia Caleña for an outstanding performance. The lovelyJustine Valesquez won 1st Runner-Up in the singing category and Amanda Dancers took 2nd Runner-Up for that same category.

I am sure I speak for the judges and the audience when I say there were many acts worthy of a prize. I believe we all hope to see them again next year.
