Admist a snowy Valentines Day and NBA All Star Weekend 2015, Lil Wayne hosted what Long Island considered a “totally epic” day party that started at 3pm inside The Emporium in Patchogue Long Island. DJs Mello and Smooth were two of the young legends playing both old school and new Lil Wayne Classics – and of course, music from other famous YMCMB artists.
Wayne performed (and puffed) onstage with the crew at his side, surrounded by Long Island’s finest fans. Unlike other venues, the crowd was allowd to whip out the camera phones out and take videos depicting the man of the hour.
Honestly, I have never seen someone smoke and drink like Wayne – and still be able to function so well. Lil Wayne sang along to a few songs played. The rapper/mogul posed for a few pictures with fans before wishing goodnight to the crowd around 9pm. All in all, it was a great night.
