To Write Love on Her Arms (TWLOHA) launched its 4th Annual Black and White campaign to honor Mental Health Awareness Month. The three statements the nonprofit will highlight include: “Stop Apologizing For Existing”; “I Am Not Broken. Who I Am Is Whole”; and “Nothing Can Take Away How Far You’ve Come.”

People can participate and support by purchasing shirts featuring the three statements, reading the blog, joining the month-long conversation @TWLOHA, and listening to special “Black and White” mini-episodes of the TWLOHA podcast.
TWLOHA is hosting its 9th Annual Run For It 5k on Saturday, May 29, 2021. To register for the 5k, visit store.twloha.com to purchase a Virtual 5k Runner Pack. The pack includes an official shirt, race bib, and instructions on how to complete a 3.1-mile course safely on race day.
