Imagine over 1000 exclusive fashions created by 100 different designers (including designers like Karen Millen, DVF and Elizabeth and James) all in one store. That is exactly what the 100% Bloomingdale’s Fall campaign has in store for the fall season. In short, the store’s fashion directors have sought to lead the fashionable, mass market pack by obtaining one hundred different capsule collections in ready to wear, drool-inducing Longchamp handbags and even bedroom fashions — all designed by the likes of Donna Karan and Sonia Rykiel amongst so many others.
To kick off this amazing one of a kind collection Bloomingdale’s at Walt Whitman Shops of Huntington, Long Island held a fashion show featuring the designer collections and Hampton Models on September 10, 2014 in the midst of New York Fashion Week. Of course, LIB Magazine was there find out what all the hype was about regarding this collection. However, it did not take long to realize this was a collaboration unlike any other.

AmandaLibby, creator of the website Where Can I Find The Perfect, hosted the audience through tons of different looks while explaining how to incorporate the season’s most promising trends into your wardrobe. The Bloomingdale’s store DJ was on deck with upbeat, swanky mixes that provided a lounge setting with trendy macroons and specialty beverages. Exclusive designs are not only limited to women; store regulars Burberry, Black Apple and Theory have also created one of a kind capsule collections for men.
