Where do you get your positivity, confidence, and inspiration from?
I draw my positivity and inspiration from pretty much everything in life. These days, a lot of it comes from my family and seeing them smile. I also get a lot of inspiration from nature and just by appreciating the earth. Whenever I feel like I need a good recharge, I like to take a day and just go outside and go to the park or beach. Traveling and seeing different places has opened my eyes to a lot, as well. I think it’s imperative to explore the differences in how we live and how it impacts our culture. But most of all, I’ve gained confidence from my journey and overcoming challenges. Going through unexpected twists and turns in life, like living on your own at a young age will force you to grow and realize we’re built with underlying strength sometimes we don’t even realize we have.
What’s the vision behind “Workin”?
The vision behind “Workin” came about as the song was being created. I knew I wanted to take a turn with the direction the album was going in with “Workin.” I wanted to turn the energy up and implement a tribal sound so as we’re building the beat, I wrote the hook. It then dawned on me to reach out and get another female to rock out with me on it. Nitty (Scott) came to mind and I decided to shoot my shot. From there everything else came together on its own.

What’s your ultimate mission/goal?
I have more than just one ultimate goal, but in short, I’d love for my music to be shared and celebrated, and for Intellectual Entertainment (our family-oriented Music Enterprise) and my juicing company imunaTea to both expand and become financially abundant platforms. I guess my true ultimate mission is inner peace, though. I’d like to attain a state of self-awareness so high I’m unbothered by the existential state of anything going on outside of me. Not to say that I won’t care, but that I am strong enough to power through any challenges and lead by example to share my forces through music poetry and art by inspiring others to be the highest versions of themselves that they can be. By achieving this, I also intend to take care of my family, friends and community by giving back what I can in all forms with love and abundance.

“Being vulnerable and open is part of what makes us all empowering. The fact that we can share ourselves with one another is magical and inspiring,” said Prema777.
Prema777 has several collaboration projects dropping throughout the fall season. Be ready for TAKE FLIGHT, her debut album re-release in early 2021.
