Charming Liars released a music video for their latest single “LOSERS. Sydney Sprague, released  “i refuse to die” on Rude Records. Sydney could feel the negative energy looming and this song was written as a manifestation. The previous year felt too good to be true and the suspicion and paranoia at the onslaught of something terrible coming was bound to happen. “This song is a desperate wish for good luck,” explains Sydney. “but looking around at the world it feels like it didn’t work.” Watch here.

BC-based pop singer-songwriter Madison Olds says her iridescent new track “Bad Thing” examines how if she’s already gonna do something bad it “might as well be good.” She explains, “It’s a flirtatious tale of a girl who fights herself from falling for someone who may or may not be trouble, it’s up to the listener if she follows through. “My music comes from personal experience where I had to learn and grow on my own. My hope is that people can hear my story and relate to it by reflecting on the uniqueness, and their own story.”

UMe unveils the soundtrack to L.A. Originals December 4, 2020.  An exploration of the culture and landmarks of the chicano and street art movement that cemented revered hip hop photographer Estevan Oriol and tattoo artist Mister Cartoon’s statuses as behind-the-scenes hip hop legends, L.A.
