Over 4,000 attendees gathered to the Long Beach International Film Festival to watch independent short films, listen to live musical performances while sampling exquisite food, sipping wine and craft beers on a summer night at the beach.
Red Carpet appearances
Some of the filmmakers, celebrities, and musicians that walked the red carpet included Alec Baldwin, Jonathan and Susan Doneson from Bravo TV’s Secrets and Wives, American Idol alum Robbie Rosen, Former NY Jets NFL great Wesley Walker, Def Jam artist Connell Cruise, and many more.
Taste on the Beach
Some celebrity chefs at the event included Barret Beyer from FOX TV’s Hells Kitchen and Danny Gagnon from Bravo TV’s Top Chef. Long Island’s own Great South Bay Brewery and Crooked Ladder Brewing provided great local beers. Freshark Juice Bar in RVC served up lemonade with fresh mint, the perfect drink to quench your thirst on a warm summer night.

Shorts on the Beach
Some of the titles that were featured included Brooke Wagstaff’s “Missing U”, Peter Frizalone’s “Mommy”, and Chris Jordan-Bloch’s “Dryden – The Small Town That Changed the Fracking Game.”
