Toby Holguin dreams music, lives music and gives music life. It was Toby’s vision to create Monsieur Job, a band that will rock you make you move your feet. A band that will make you cry with passion. Formed by Toby Holguin from Cali, Colombia, a beautiful place high in the mountains above the clouds . Toby then asked Stan Kolev, Charlie Illera, and Leo Jaramillo to become one musically as Monsieur Job.

All of them them live and breathe their own style of music combined they are Monsieur Job. Toby, Stan, and Charlie spin records as DJs constantly for different pools and venues around the world. Moreover, Toby had the idea to start doing Urban Music besides Chill Out and Electronic Music, which is the vision that created the album “Bass Passi”. They started dropping broken beats with a more festive, shaky, groovy Caribbean latin flavor turning it into an international exclusive mash up of world talents and a unique blend of genres.

The Bass Passi 1 & 2 albums continue climbing the charts gaining millions of new fans around the globe. Musically, it’s a wonderfully eclectic collection, a deft blend of slick urban beats and Latin grooves, Old World club land electronica meets New World sensual and organic spice. With hits like “Niña Shake Your Body” ft. No Mercy and Vojke Djans, pop fans will love the accessibility, urbanites the sophistication, Latin music aficionados will soak up the sassy rhythms, beach bums will love how it reminds them of sun-drenched tropical days and the dance floor set will just fall for its sultry charms. Lyrically delivered in Spanish, even without understanding the words, the album still weaves a soulful and sensual elegance across the addictive music, proving that it is often the case, and particularly in the case of dance music styles, that the message isn’t so important as the overall sound of the track and so language barriers are no issue.

Holguin met Black (A.K.A. Desmond Méndez) while visiting Jamaica three years ago. Their latest remix of “Kick It” is their first collaboration. The group also recently his at #2 on the Latin Album Sales charts as well as Rhythm Latin and New Artist Album charts, and Beatport Top 100!
