12 songs You Need on Your Summer Playlist

What songs do you play in your car on the way to the beach?  What gets you “turnt up” in the club?  There’s just something about Summer music.  As we head into August with spectacular  beats, here is my list of Top 12 Songs you need to be playing right now.

    beyonce partition sexy

    1. Beyonce-Partition– Queen Bey never looked better in her sexy interlude for a night out with her man.
    2. Usher- Good Kisser – This song is full of innuendos for oral tantalization. The lead single for his tenth album and Usher is still on top
    3. Iggy Azalea- Fancy feat. Charli XCX- This song put TI’s breakout artist from Australia on the map.  I love the song and the video.
    4. Chris Brown- Loyal – feat. Lil Wayne, French Montana and Tyga- The anthem for an unfaithful opportunist. Even preachers are quoting “These hoes ain’t loyal”!
    5. Drake- 0-100-Drake’s getting back to what I love best about him and that is.. his bars.  For anyone who thinks he “fell off”, Drake’s still got it.
    6. Jeremih- Don’t Tell ‘Em – For all the ladies who have a body like the Summer. Definitely fit for the club scene.
    7. Lil Wayne & Drake – Believe Me – The dynamic duo of hip hop does it again on this hit single.
    8. Diddy feat. Meek Mill- I Want the Love – His first rap in awhile, the highest-paid man in hip hop Diddy teams up with MMG rhyme spitter Meek Mills for a classic style of track.
    9. Jay-Z & Beyonce – On the Run – The Bonnie and Clyde force of nature continues. This song always makes me want to ride with the top down.
    10. Kid Ink feat. Chris Brown – Main Chick – For all those side chicks looking to move up this is for you.
    11. Jason Derulo feat. Snoop Dogg- Wiggle – For this one Jason collabs with the OG Snoop for a song that has a lot of jiggling around for the ladies.
    12. DJ Snake & Lil Jon – Turn Down for What – This songs hypes me up for working out. Lil Jon always brings great energy to a track.

If you guys have any songs you think I missed, let me know.  What’s on your Summer playlist?

I was born in Long Branch New Jersey. During childhood I wanted to become a chef such as Bobby Flay or Martin Yen. I graduated from Johnson and Wales University in 2003 with the expectation of making a career into the foodservice industry. The dream slowly faded away after years of lusterless opportunities that only lead to more experience, but career growth. In 2007 I was hired in the telecommunications industry as a customer service representative. During these last few years the passion for writing grew as I had to learn to express myself in distinct ways. Today I am in pursuit in of a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism this year and I have a blog that has been running for a year. Also my articles have been published in two separate entertainment magazines with an established fan base. In addition to that LIB Magazine appointed their “Video of the Day,” which I search viral content that is SEO friendly. This is in addition to writing for the hip hop section of the magazine where I talk about issues within the hip hop community. I also talk about topics touch directly within the hip hop community in Long Island. I also write on my own blog about social issues and news stories that seems too unbelievable to be true.
